Hello Royal Court,
It was great to see all of you tonight!!
Congratulations again to DONNA for being the winner of this week’s bonus question. Enjoy that salt!! Thanks to BELINDA for volunteering her head up on the chopping block tonight. It takes a lot of guts to go toe to toe with the Queen. I think we’ve all learned a thing or two about grilled cheese sandwiches, huh!!! And thanks so much to SAM for finally admitting that he’s one ol’dog that can still learn a trick or two.
Tonight’s topic: SALT
Now we know there are two VERY different ways to process salt.
1. Natural or “unrefined” salt: Which allows the salt to retain all the minerals and trace elements that are necessary for life.
OR
2. Table salt or “refined” salt: Which processes the salt to purposely strip away all traces of essential minerals that it ever had simply to give it a white color and a long shelf life.
*Remember- Table salt lends itself to an acidic PH which is well associated with many chronic illnesses and diseases. (Cancer cannot exist unless in an acidic environment!!)
Natural Salt, like Celtic Sea Salt, lends itself to an alkaline PH which keeps our bodies balanced and strengthens our immune systems like nothing else.
The best way to boost your immune system and protect against disease may also be the very easiest!!
