Hello Royal Court,
What a FABULOUS meeting!!! Thank you so much to Lynn Karlson for lending us her clubhouse. It was a perfect venue for yesterday.
Congratulations to Beverly Anderson for winning the weekly prize!!
We’ve not met for two weeks and it still stops me in my tracks to see the dramatic difference that everyone has had during that time. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!! Everyone looks absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

Tonight’s Topic: NITRITES/NITRATES

Having the World Cancer Research Fund tell you that processed meats are “too dangerous for human consumption” is pretty significant. Sodium Nitrite, used as a preservative and coloring agent, is the reason that these meats are thought to cause cancer. Another classic example of “it’s not what you eat that makes you fat (or sick), it’s what’s IN what you eat that makes you fat (or sick).

Just like glutamates being used solely for flavor enhancement, nitrites/nitrates are used solely for their colorant and to preserve food giving it an unnaturally long shelf-life. But, come on…do you really think meats were supposed to hang out in your pantry for a year or two??? That’s just not natural and now proven to have some very dire consequences.

TIP: Shop at EarthFare, farmer’s markets, health food stores, local butchers and local grass fed beef farms. READ YOUR LABELS!! You are responsible for what goes into you and your family’s body.
Have your hotdogs and bacon, just leave the nitrates/nitrites out!!!
