Good Evening Royal Court,
I cannot believe what a difference a week makes!! The changes in all of you are astounding…It still stops me in my tracks!! Congratulations to Sandy for winning the question of the week!!

Tonight’s Topic: “Natural” Food – Good, Better, Best
Now we know….And when you know better, you do better. The “natural” label on meats needs to be scrutinized by those of us who know better.
There are only 3 categories of “Natural” :

1. Minimally processed – No rules on antibiotics, hormones or steroids. Only restrictions on the use of foreign materials during processing. (YUCK!)
2. Residue Free – Animals are raised on antibiotics, hormones and steroids their entire lives. Then, only weeks before slaughter, they are removed form these substances for the sole purpose to have them test “clean” from any of this residue. (Neat little trick, but we’re onto you!!)
3..”Never Ever” – Animals are never, ever subjected to antibiotics, hormones, steroids or byproducts. After slaughter, there are no foreign materials or products added during processing. This is the EarthFare philosophy.

TIP: This is the best example of “it’s not what you eat that makes you fat, it’s what’s in what you eat that makes you fat”. We are natural, organic beings…. Doesn’t it make sense that we were made to only eat natural and organic foods??
