It was wonderful seeing all of you, as always!! Everyone looks so fabulous and I want to welcome our “newbies” Susan, Kelly and Sonia!!!!!

Tonight’s Topic: How You Become a Toxic Landfill
Once again, it’s not what you eat that makes you fat, it’s what’s IN what you eat that makes you fat.
When you think about something as “benign” as a chicken mcnugget…you expect that the ‘powers that be’ would let us know that what we’re eating has very little to do with chicken and more to do with fast, convenient and manufactured food that was created for no other purpose than to fatten their bottom line….and well, it’s infuriating. But ignorance is NOT bliss. You must take a proactive role and educate yourself as to what you feed yourself and your family.
Avoid convenience foods, trans fats, preservatives, food additives and toxic ingredients. They do ABSOLUTELY nothing for the body and in fact, damage your quality of life. They cause weight gain, premature aging and above all else – DISEASE.
Making the correct food choices – little or no fast food, grass-fed over grain-fed, wild-caught over farm-raised, fresh fruits and vegetables and knowing where your food comes from – not only will help prevent disease but can actually help reverse disease.
Remember – REAL, WHOLE, ORGANIC food doesn’t need any help. It’s perfect all by itself!!!!
