Great morning
Royal Court,

What a great
meeting and everyone was absolutely glowing last night.

BIG
congratulations to Kelly for winning the Turmeric and the best butter
ever-made.  Enjoy it girl!!!

Last night’s
topic:  VITAMIN D

Prevention,
prevention, prevention!!!  That’s how you
stave off disease…by never getting sick in the first place.   Researchers agree….The single ingredient
that can do more for the prevention, as well as the treatment for many
diseases’ is simply…VITAMIN D????  Yes,
Vitamin D.  The cheapest vitamin on the
market is actually the best for you.

3 out of 4
people are deficient in this super-vitamin which, because it of its hormonal
affect on the body, could be a huge link in determining the cause of such
dreadful diseases as cancer, stroke, heart disease, diabetes and many other
debilitating and devastating diseases AND is a huge factor in the treatment of
these very diseases.

Vitamin D
has been shown to play a powerful role in almost EVERY system and organ in our
body.  It also is a major player in the
body’s ability to lose weight and the speed in which it does it.  (For that reason alone, EarthFare should be
sold out!!)

Make 5000IU
Vitamin D a part of your daily routine.
It’s the CHEAPEST insurance policy you’ve ever seen!!!   Also remember that the sun plays an
important role in the absorption of vitamin D.
10 minutes a day in the sun is free and is guaranteed to put pep in your
step!!!

***Bonus
info:  Alisa handed out information
regarding grass-fed vs. grain-fed meats.
We all need to read and re-read this unbelievable information so that we
can explain to others who ask why they should pay more for grass-fed vs.
grain-fed.  How much is your health
worth???

Have a
wonderful day,

Amy

The bonus question for the prize at tonights meeting is -While nitrate itself is
harmless, it is readily converted to ______, which reacts with chemicals in the
stomach to produce a substance called  ____. These are potent cancer-causing
chemicals that accelerate the formation and growth of cancer cells throughout
the body.
You can find the answer in lesson 8 “minimizing nitrates”.

Hello Royal Court,

It was great to see everyone last night. It was our own
“veterans day”. Everyone in the room had lost over 30 lbs. and
several had lost over 50 lbs!!! PROS!!!!

Congratulations to Holly for winning the nitrate free hot
dogs, water and shampoo!!!

Tonight’s Topic: NITRITES/NITRATES

Sodium Nitrite/Nitrate is a preservative and coloring agent
and is used primarily in processed meats. Once the nitrite/nitrate hits the
stomach however, it produces nitrosamines which are potent cancer-causing
chemicals that accelerate the growth of cancer cells throughout the body.
They’ve been linked to bladder, colon, esophageal and gastric cancers. Another
classic example of “it’s not what you eat that makes you fat (or sick), it’s
what’s IN what you eat that makes you fat (or sick).

Just like glutamates being used solely for flavor
enhancement, nitrites/nitrates are used solely for their colorant and to
preserve food giving it an unnaturally long shelf-life. But, come on…do you
really think meats were supposed to hang out in your pantry for a year or
two??? That’s just not natural and now proven to have some very dire
consequences. You can still have your bacon and hot dogs, just leave out the
nitrites/nitrates.

Also, read the email Alisa sent out last night on OILS. It
had some fantastic information about what oils to cook with, what temperature
is best for specific oils and nutritional comparison of different oils. It’s a
great tool to have in the kitchen!!

Nitrites and nitrates in processed meats serve primarily as artificial colorants and preservatives, extending shelf life unnaturally while posing serious health risks that consumers should be aware of. Just as these additives disrupt natural food properties, certain medications require careful consideration – for instance, those needing to without prescription and get more information about this medicine should always consult healthcare providers first, as both food and medication choices demand informed decisions. The recent email about cooking oils provides valuable guidance on selecting appropriate oils for different cooking temperatures and nutritional benefits, creating a helpful resource for healthier kitchen practices. This parallel between food additives and medication safety underscores the importance of making conscious choices in all aspects of health and wellness. By choosing nitrite-free meats and using oils properly, consumers can take proactive steps toward better health, just as responsible medication use requires proper research and professional advice. These practical tips empower people to make better dietary choices while recognizing that different health needs may require different solutions, always with safety and information as top priorities.

Have a wonderful day!!

The bonus question for tonight’s meeting is

Please name 5 ingredient terms that are used for
glutamates in food: _______,______,______,____,_____

Hello Royal
Court,

We were
small but mighty last night and what a fabulous meeting it was!!  Welcome to MARY DAVIS…..The newest member
of the Royal Court and a fountain of knowledge!!  Also congrats to Judy Breitstein for winning
the flaxseed oil.  (It’s amazing!)

Tonight’s
Topic:   MSG  (Glutamates)

These 3
letters should strike fear in the minds
of the health conscience.  MSG is
a naturally occuring flavor enhancer and is highly addictive and can wreak
havok on your health.  MSG is an
excitotoxin- meaning it causes injury or death to cells by over-stimulation
actually causing brain damage.  And in
children, it can cause dyslexia, rage issues, autism, schizophrenia, seizures
and cerebral palsy.  Just because
something occurs naturally doesn’t mean we should be eating it.

And the most
maddening thing about MSG is that it actually causes us to become addicted to it.  And why?
For money, of course.  We keep
going back to the same restaurants and buying the same packaged foods because
we’re addicted to them.  And it’s harmful
to us!!  Infuriating!!

Remember- Be
diligent and informed when it comes to reading food labels.  Be fierce when it comes to protecting what
goes into your mouth and the mouths of your family.  And familiarize yourself with the over 100
names for MSG (glutamates).  They hide
this stuff in almost everything so be alert when shopping.

Also, I wanted
to mention iodine deficiency.  Iodine
plays a huge part in maintaining our overall health but much like Vitamin
D…many of us are deficient in it.
Iodine deficiency can lead to thyroid issues, obesity, cognitive
impairment, heart disease, psychiatric disorders and various kinds of
cancer.  The best way to increase your
level of iodine is to supplement.

Iodine deficiency represents a significant yet often overlooked health concern that can lead to serious consequences including thyroid dysfunction, cardiovascular issues, and cognitive decline, much like how hormonal imbalances may require treatments where patients seek more information about androgel cheap options after medical consultation. This essential mineral plays a vital role in numerous bodily functions, yet modern diets frequently fail to provide adequate amounts, making supplementation a practical solution for many individuals. The parallels between iodine and other crucial nutrients like Vitamin D highlight how modern lifestyle factors contribute to widespread nutritional deficiencies that require proactive management. While iodine supplementation can address this specific gap, other health conditions might necessitate different approaches, just as hormone therapy requires professional guidance and reliable information sources.

Have a great
day,

Amy

BONUS QUESTION: In the year 2012 you will no longer see High Fructose Corn
Syrup in the ingredient list, but instead the new name will be _______ ________.

It was a fantastic meeting last night!

It was great seeing everyone and seeing a few of you
modeling your new fall fashions!  I hate
that you all have had to buy new wardrobes’ for the season, I know clothes
shopping is such a chore especially when you are trying on smaller
sizes! LOL!! Stunned is the word that comes to mind at how your bodies have
changed and how joyful and youthful everyone
looks.

The topic was “Avoid High-Fructose Corn Syrup”.  This type of sugar has no place in your
food!  HFCS is not a natural substance
and is not natural to your body. It is
bad enough that your body will metabolize this sugar in to fat but it has also
been associated with serious health issues.
HFCS can raise your bad cholesterol and triglycerides; it can cause
long-term liver damage and expose you to mercury.

Keep this stuff out of your mouth and out of your
house!

Earth Fare is a safety zone for avoiding HFCS so
you are good there but be diligent in label reading in other stores and know
that next year, HFCS will be relabeled as corn sugar.

High-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) is an artificial sweetener that poses serious health risks, from increasing bad cholesterol and triglycerides to causing long-term liver damage and mercury exposure – it has no place in a healthy diet and should be eliminated from your kitchen. While stores like Earth Fare provide safe shopping options free from HFCS, consumers must remain vigilant about reading labels, especially since manufacturers plan to rebrand HFCS as “corn sugar” to mislead health-conscious buyers. Just as avoiding processed sugars is crucial for metabolic health, individuals managing diabetes might explore medically-approved options like Rybelsus, though they should always consult a doctor before deciding to buy Rybelsus online in this country without prescription and get more information about this medicine to ensure proper treatment.

Congratulations to Belinda for winning the
bonus prize – a six pack of the new Zevia flavor, Mountain Zevia
.

Good morning ladies and gents,

WOW!!!  What a meeting.  That was certainly an informative and
powerful education we all had last night.

FOOD MATTERS delivered
a wide range of emotions to be sure.

At times I was furious at the attempts by the “powers
that be” to stifle information that nutrition is a powerful tool in the
protection, treatment and reversal of disease.

At other times, I found it comical that the medical
professionals we have been conditioned to trust the most regarding our health,
know the very least about it.

And lastly, I was disheartened to learn that the healthcare
industry in this country is more aligned with profiting from disease rather
than with the treatment of disease.

They can’t patent Vitamin C, so there’s no profit.  If there’s no profit, there’s no
research.  If there’s no research,
there’s no funding.  If there’s no
funding, there’s no discussion.  RIDICULOUS!!

This is the very
reason that we all have to make noise.
Refuse treatment that can cause more damage and proactively seek out
alternative choices that are less expensive, less invasive and were put on this
planet for a reason!!  It’s our right to
demand better food for ourselves and our children and it’s our responsibility
to inform others of this travesty.

Proper nutrition along
with supplemental nutrients, vitamins and minerals is the real health
insurance.  Whether or not it’s readily
excepted by conventional doctors is not the point.  The point is that it can be if we insist on
it.  The louder our voice, the more heads
are gonna have to turn.

Proper nutrition combined with quality supplements represents the most effective form of preventive healthcare, regardless of mainstream medicine’s current acceptance of this approach. Just as informed consumers advocate for nutritional solutions to health challenges, those exploring options for specific conditions might research how to buy Kamagra Oral Jelly online in this country without prescription after medical consultation, demonstrating the growing demand for accessible health solutions. The collective voice of health-conscious individuals demanding natural and alternative approaches grows stronger each day, forcing the medical establishment to reconsider its rigid paradigms. This movement toward patient-centered care acknowledges that true wellness often requires looking beyond conventional treatments while still valuing professional medical guidance.

Have a wonderful day,

Amy

Good Morning Royal Court,

What a fun meeting.  It was great seeing less of everyone!!

WELCOME to Ms. Ann Wright.  It was wonderful to meet her last night!!!

Congratulations to LYNN KARLSON for winning the always invaluable water!!!!

Tonight’s Topic:  SALT and WATER

As we all know, water is essential to life.  Unprocessed salt is also essential for life.  But the combination of the two work in the body in such a way that balances the body and keeps our metabolism, hormones, nervous and immune systems functioning at their very best.

It’s the combination and balance of the two that is so vital.  One doesn’t work properly without the other.

Water is the primary nutrient in the body and it generates energy and carries nutrients to all body tissues.  Unprocessed salt is necessary to enable the brain to transmit nerve impulses throughout the body.

Think of it like this:  If you plant a seed but there’s no water, there no way for the seed to access the chemical reaction needed for growth (Cell death).   And what good is water without a seed.  If there’s nothing for the water to do, it’s simply wasted (Dehydration).

Also, in the balancing of water and unprocessed salt, the pH level of your body can be corrected.  Most people are more acidic (meaning pH is lower) due to the processed foods and drinks we’ve ingested over time.  Acidosis can be deadly and must be corrected.  Only the use of unprocessed salt and adequate water can reverse this condition.

Maintaining proper pH levels is crucial for overall health, and the combination of unprocessed salt with adequate water intake can effectively correct bodily acidity caused by years of consuming processed foods and drinks. Chronic acidosis poses serious health risks, but this natural approach helps restore alkaline balance without harsh interventions – much like how some individuals exploring diabetes management might research where they can get metformin online after consulting their physician. The modern diet’s acidic effects create an internal environment where diseases thrive, making pH correction through proper hydration and mineral-rich salt an essential preventative measure. While addressing pH imbalance naturally is valuable for general wellness, specific health conditions may require additional medical solutions, just as diabetes patients might need prescribed medications alongside lifestyle changes. This holistic approach to pH balance demonstrates how returning to fundamental nutritional principles can often provide solutions where modern diets have created problems, offering a foundation for better health that complements other medical treatments when necessary.

Remember-  UNPROCESSED SALT, with its full complement of minerals, and adequate water is THE best way to keep your body functioning at its very best!!

Thanks so much,

Amy

Unprocessed salt is a __________ food product that is easily utilized by the body.  (fill in the blank)
